When Dr. Jeff Zabudsky moved to Oakville in 2010 to take the helm as President of Sheridan College, he brought his zeal for community service to Halton and Peel –the regions served by Sheridan. He chaired the United Way of Oakville’s campaign in 2011, leading it to its biggest fundraising success ever. Today, Jeff is Chair of the Board of Food for Life, and serves on the Board of Halton Healthcare Services- in addition
to serving on the boards of various organizations in Mississauga and Brampton. As President and Vice Chancellor of Sheridan, Jeff is leading the college on a journey to become Sheridan University, a vision he hopes to realize within the next several years. As a university, Sheridan will focus on professional, undergraduate education- while providing students with pathways to progress from diplomas to degrees and beyond. The Rotary Club of Oakville Trafalgar presented Jeff with the Paul Harris Fellowship Award in 2015 for his exemplary service to the community.
