The real estate market changed drastically over the years and overall our house value increased dramatically. The $100 000 we invested in our backyard was well worth it to us for the amazing times we had.
If you are thinking of adding a pool and your family will get plenty of use out of it, then consider it an investment in your lifestyle. It may or may not add to your home’s selling price.
